It was a chilly, damp weekend at Columbus. A cold track with a water seepage problem led to a brush with the retaining wall. 

Most of the damage was cosmetic, and Dave Sano of Sano's Custom Paint in Dayton, New Jersey, had it fixed in time for the Funny Car Reunion in July.
