Lou
Sgro of Slatington, Pennsylvania, started bracket racing
his 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury in April of 1990. The 440
powered, 3200 pound Plymouth went 10.83 @ 122 mph.

186" front engine dragster was built for 1995,
using the engine and transmission from the Fury. |

Hilborn
fuel injection was added, and with a mixture of alcohol
and 40% nitromethane, the car went 8.03 @ 163 mph.

Lou
attended Frank Hawley's Drag Racing School August of
1996, and obtained an alcohol funny car license. He
bought the 1971 Challenger funny car in October of 1997.
Lou crewed for world champion Frank Manzo's alcohol funny car in 1998 and 1999. |

is currently campaigning the "Underboss".which is a 1973 built Funny Car running 200 mph.
